Why we believe in small connections

The problem

We live in the era of "social networks," but we have never been so disconnected. We accumulate thousands of contacts on LinkedIn, follow hundreds of people on Twitter, but how many real conversations do we have?

Massive events promise networking, but end up in superficial conversations with business card exchanges that you never look at again. Networking apps show you endless profiles, but rarely turn into something real.

Our belief

We believe that the best connections happen in small groups. A 1-on-1 conversation at a coffee shop. A video call with 3 people who share your same concern. A coworking space with 4 developers exploring a new technology.

In small groups everyone has a voice. There are no artificial hierarchies. There are no passive spectators. Just real people, sharing ideas, experiences and learning from each other.

What we stand for

  • Quality over quantity. We prefer 5 deep conversations to 50 business cards.
  • Small meetups. Maximum 4-5 people, or even better, 1-on-1.
  • Informal and authentic. A coffee, a coworking space, a video call. No formalities or hierarchies.
  • Shared interests. We connect people who truly have something in common.
  • Action, not promises. Don't accumulate contacts. Meet with them.

The future we imagine

We imagine a world where meeting new people is neither intimidating nor superficial. Where you can have a coffee with someone who shares your passion without going through dozens of empty messages.

Where networking is not a transactional exchange of contacts, but the beginning of real conversations, authentic collaborations and genuine friendships.

A place where you prefer the depth of a conversation between two people to the noise of a room full of strangers.

Less scrolling. More conversation.
